FRA's Remedial Works

WDFP work very closely with Property block management companies across the South West in delivering the remedial works required to satisfy the requirements of the non conformities raised in their recent Fire Risk Assessments. 

Fire Door Compliance 

All Fiire Door services are compliant with BS476:22. We service, repair and upgrade as required to meet your Passive Fire Protection needs. We also carry out routine servicing on 3, 6 and 12 monthly intervals in line with FSO, helping to reduce costly repairs.

Fire Stopping & Compartmentation Works

As a vital component of any fire safety strategy, Fire Stopping is built into the structure of the building offering protection to peoples lives and to limit the financial impact of damage to buildings and its contents.

Dry/Wet Riser Maintenance 

Our BAFE accredited engineer carry out Dry Riser services which include both annual pressure testing to 12bar as dictated by BS9990:2015 and 6 monthly visual mechanical inspections.

Portable Fire Extinguisher Maintenance 

Our service engineers are BAFE qualified to carry out the required maintenance of our clients portable fire extinguishers
